We bought secondhand, so the machine has superficial signs of wear and tear (the box more so) but has been working for us brilliantly. Started off with 85% Relative Humidity in our front room, and dropped it to 60% rh in a few hours. The second fan setting also makes the air feel considerably warmer.
Great as a trial for future purchases or short term need.
